Hello Yelp Land - we're excited to say that Yelp NYC is really going great - and some of you are already involved with our Yelp Elite Squad (www.yelp.com/elite).

To keep the momentum up, Jeremy S. (co-founder of Yelp), myself and maybe a few other Yelp employees will be arriving in Manhattan to host our First Ever Yelp Happy Hour!

We have not finalized the location and details yet (feel free to email me with any ideas) but we do know the event will be on Thursday, February 16th, probably from 6-8pm or so.

Make sure to keep that date open, more details to follow!

Ok gang, so we'll have more details but we're on for the 16th of February, 6-8pm or so, at Fontana's. Noticed that Danielle V. had given it a good yelp, thanks, so stay tuned for more info.

It would be great to have you bring a couple of friends too, ideally yelpers or potential ones. I'll also be in the city on Friday and Saturday, so if any of you are around it would be fun to meet for coffee, drinks, etc. Just message me and we'll go from there!

Don't fret, I'm gonna guess we'll be there until 9pm, and once we have things more squared away will know if we might venture out after that! For those of you who don't have them, we'll be coming with Yelp t-shirts too!
