I have never felt so strongly about a financial institution - banking in general is not one of my favorite things to do but I LOVE PNC BANK!!! They are friendly, fast and better yet - they refund all ATM fees from using non-PNC ATMs. I can't tell you how many hours I wasted calling Bank of America or Wachovia to argue about charges or because they screwed something up...eh hem, like freezing…
